Yamuna Foot Fitness

Created by Yamuna Zake, like the principles of Yamuna Body Rolling for the body, Yamuna Foot Fitness is creating flexibility, strength, and the proper space between all 33 joints of the foot. In Western society, for most of our lives our feet are locked in shoes. As we age, we are always seeking that 'comfortable' shoe that addresses whatever foot issue(s) we have. Besides putting one foot in front of the other to walk, there's really no education on how we are to use our feet as we walk. Yamuna Foot Fitness offers this education and it's profound and very simple. Yamuna's philosophy is that we should be able to wear whatever shoe we like and not be locked into a particular shoe.

Yamuna Foot Fitness (YFF) Workshops,

The feet provide essential support and balance for the rest of the body. You need to care for the feet like the rest of your body. Make them strong and healthy and they will take you where you want to go. You will learn the basic anatomy of the feet, ankles and calves and routines to raise your arches, realign your ankles, avoid future foot problems and improve your workout. The YFF program is a simple, easy to use system that educates you on proper foot function, how to improve gait, alignment, prevent and correct common foot problems, and how to maintain strong, toned and flexible feet throughout your life.

Pricing:
Pricing: $80 + tax OR $60 + tax when you BYO gear (Wakers and Savers)
Planning on staying for both workshops? $140 + tax or $100 + tax when you BYO gear.
Student rate of $40 + tax for each workshop.
What to Bring: Water bottle
Wear form fitting clothes. If you have Yamuna balls, bring all of them and a good mat. Please have your items properly labeled.

Additional Notes:
  • At the workshop, you can purchase the foot gear or all the balls for a discount. Each bundle (foot or balls) will be $100.
  • It is best to have a light small meal before arriving and expect to be hungry afterwards. Yamuna work increases your metabolism and makes you hungry!
