Learn the Yamuna Body Rolling routines that will have your drives sailing even in the rain!
By learning specific rolling routines for the athletics of Golf, you'll want to prepare yourself this way every time you play. YBR for Golf will release muscles in your torso so that you can rotate effectively and address core strengthening to control the torque you create as you play.
The workshop includes written notes to help you remember the routines to do them on your own. You will learn the routines with the studio YBR balls. If you wish to purchase some at the time of the workshop you may do so.

Freeing space around the joints elongates muscles therefore movement becomes effortless and graceful in this effective and thorough treatment
The client lies over special cushions, fully clothed, while the practitioner applies gentle traction, simultaneously using the elbow to stimulate bone where the muscle begins at one joint to where it attaches to the next joint while making sure to align the body in a very systematic, logical way.
Right to left, back to front, top to bottom, We go through your entire body in an effort to put each part back into it's most perfect position. An actual ongoing regimen based on the session's findings is customized to address each individuals needs, challenges and goals. This therapy is strongly recommended for anyone with structural challenges who has not been able to find relief elsewhere.

Trained by Yamuna Zake and Bliss Yoga Center, Vicki has a keen sense of body awareness, appreciating the mind- body connection. She became certified in all Yamuna Body Rolling modalities (YBR), Foot Fitness, Face Saver and YBR Hands on therapy to help students free their bodies of pain due to misalignment. Vicki's yoga training was drawn from Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar.
Vicki can also be seen on the latest Yamuna® Save Your Series DVD's such as Save your Upper, Middle and Lower Back as well as the soon to be released Yamuna® Yoga Fundamentals.
