Private instruction is one client with one instructor. The instruction can include all the various equipment of the studio, such as: mat, reformer w/boards, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel, arc barrel, edge, and a variety of small equipment. The focus of the workout is tailored to the client's body to help balance it as best as possible.

Duet instruction is two clients with one instructor. The instruction can include any equipment that we have two of, such as: mat, reformer w/jumpboards, cadillac, arcs, edge, BOSUs, rotational disks, stability ball, fitness circles, toning balls, bands, etc. The focus of the workout is tailored to the client's bodies. Duets are great for clients that have similar body issues, when the body issues differ greatly, Duets are not recommended.

In order to offer more individual attention to our clients we are offering duet mat sessions. Much like duets on the equipment this will be a session where two clients and one instructor work on the mat exercises exclusively. We know that the mat work is difficult. These sessions are perfect for our clients who take the mat classes that would like more help executing the exercises, or for those who want to start taking mat classes but aren't ready to dive in right away.
