Private Sessions

Private instruction is one client with one instructor. The instruction can include all the various equipment of the studio, such as: mat, reformer w/boards, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel, arc barrel, edge, and a variety of small equipment. The focus of the workout is tailored to the client's body to help balance it as best as possible.

Private instruction

Duet instruction is two clients with one instructor. The instruction can include any equipment that we have two of, such as: mat, reformer w/jumpboards, cadillac, arcs, edge, BOSUs, rotational disks, stability ball, fitness circles, toning balls, bands, etc. The focus of the workout is tailored to the client's bodies. Duets are great for clients that have similar body issues, when the body issues differ greatly, Duets are not recommended.
