Group Reformer Schedule and Pricing
Reformer classes are a group class setting where the majority of the exercises are on our Professional STOTT Reformers. The classes not only focus on core stabilization but challenge and aid muscles of the pelvis, hips, legs, shoulder girdle and arms. We also have the ability to add in plyometrics with the use of our Jumpboards. Each class can have up to four participants with one instructor.
Group Reformer Prerequisites:
• Good working knowledge of Basic Principles;
• Two private sessions (if you have not had prior experience) in order to learn
how to use the equipment and basics for reformer exercises;
• Must be injury free; and
• Most importantly, Instructor sign off.
Levels
GR I — Exercises taught in these classes are at an essential level. A solid foundation in the basic principles is required.
GR II — Exercises taught in these classes are at an intermediate level and will add challenge to the essential level exercises/movement.
Jumpboard -
A fun, total-body, cardio way to get great core exercises with the plyometrics of jumping! This intermediate level class will get your heart pumping while working on lots of great core stabilization. Learn all the different ways that you can use the very versatile jumpboard!
Interval Jumpboard - Group reformer class mixed with jumpboard.
Power Lunch -
Fast paced, endurance class using intermediate mat, reformer and jumpboard.
Combo Group Reformer & Mat
The best of both worlds, a class of both reformer and mat exercises. The versatility of this class works with much of the small equipment in the studio along with the reformers.

Pre-register for the whole 6 week session.
All Prices are subject to WA State Retail Sales tax.
Money/Credit cannot be transferred from group classes to private instruction. Payment is non-refundable. Club 60 discounts do not apply to group classes.
