Group Reformer Schedule and Pricing
Reformer classes are a group class setting where the majority of the exercises are on our Professional STOTT Reformers. The classes not only focus on core stabilization but challenge and aid muscles of the pelvis, hips, legs, shoulder girdle and arms. We also have the ability to add in plyometrics with the use of our Jumpboards. Each class can have up to four participants with one instructor.
Group Reformer Prerequisites:
• Good working knowledge of Basic Principles;
• Two private sessions (if you have not had prior experience) in order to learn
how to use the equipment and basics for reformer exercises;
• Must be injury free; and
• Most importantly, Instructor sign off.
Levels
GR I — Exercises taught in these classes are at an essential level. A solid foundation in the basic principles is required.
GR II — Exercises taught in these classes are at an intermediate level and will add challenge to the essential level exercises/movement.

Group classes, 8 week series
June 21 - Aug. 14, no class July 5 September 6 - October 30, no class September 6
November 1 - December 18 (6 wks, no class 11/22-27)

The classes expire at the end of their 8 week series.

Pre-register for the whole 8 week session.
All Prices are subject to WA State Retail Sales tax.
Money/Credit cannot be transferred from group classes to private or duet instruction. Payment is non-refundable. Club 60 discounts do not apply to group classes.
