A 24-hour notice is required for cancelling training sessions. There will be a charge for any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. The cancellation penalty will be in the amount equal to one training session. If the cancelled session described above is part of a package, it will count as one completed session.

 

Please make every effort to be on time for your session/class. Instructors can leave the studio and charge for the session if the client does not arrive within 20 minutes after their scheduled appointment time.
