Regular classes: $180 (1 class/week @ $30/class)

Group Reformer Prerequisites:
-Good working knowledge of Basic Principles;
-Two private sessions (if you have not had prior experience) in order to
learn how
to use the equipment and basics for reformer exercises;
-Must be injury free; and
-Most importantly, Instructor sign off.
